  • Ho ho ho!

Well, what a busy month that's been! I've managed to get myself stocked in a few more shops in West Sussex, so that makes six now which is brilliant. And I've had craft fairs and christmas stalls pretty much every weekend since the beginning of November. So its been all hands to the decks trying to keep up, and although its been tough, I have thoroughly enjoyed it.

I've been working on a car seat liner set - similar to the pram liner set, which has gone down well and will shortly be added to the website. As you will see the website is also undergoing a facelift and being re-jigged - let us know what you think and if it works. Trying to make it easier for you all to use.

I've been doing this for just over a year now and cant quite believe how well its been going - strange how things have evolved over the year but the idea is still the same - to try and offer something different for babies with a handmade, quality feel. I hope that comes across in what you see. Check out the events pages, see where I am and come say hello.

So if I'm drowning under a sea of fabric between now and the big day and I dont get a chance, let me take this opportunity to say "Merry Crimbo" have a good one and see you in 2013! xxx

  • Hello and sorry x

Hello everyone and sorry I've been so quiet on the blog - but its for a good reason because I've been soooo busy. Getting the autumn/winter stock ready, booking christmas fairs, seeking out new shop opportunities, all of which are going well.

I've managed to template a baby car seat liner and blanket which I've just gotta finish off and photograph. I've finally gotten around to sorting my office so I have some space to work (yippee) and I've managed to bag some good christmas fairs, to name just one, a 3 day christmas event at Stansted House, near Chichester - which is awesome.

I've updated the events page with where I'm gonna be over the run up to christmas in case any of you want to come and see me, put a face to the page and buy some goodies. For those of you outside the UK, remember I do ship internationally - just drop me a line for prices.

If you haven't already please look at the facebook page too - I update that on an almost daily basis with special offers, latest colourways and extras I might make (I'm always trying out new stuff)

  • Quiet of late

Yes, things have been quiet of late, summer hols means the monkey boys are about more and up late thus less working time for me! Not many fairs booked over the summer either - unpredictable british summer weather means outside events have been "interesting" to say it politely!

But it's given me time to assess what I'm doing, think up new ideas and source different fabrics.

Planning my autumn/winter ranges - heavier blankets, cosytoes, long sleeve tops, thicker dresses and trousers - you get the picture.

Keep your eyes peeled on here and the Facebook page and I'll be updating over the next few weeks and months with the new stuff, christmas ranges, special offers and my next ginga-baby coffee morning to launch the autumn/winter range.

    Bye for now peeps xx

  • A new stockist!

Yay! We are stocked in another shop! SE Totz is a Southwark council project pop up shop in East Street, Southwark run by unemployed young people from the area. Its a great community idea that Ginga-baby is very excited about supporting. Fills an empty shop in the area, gives some young people valuable work experience and me another stockist! Go check them out from 6th July x
